Valle de los Ángeles, the most renowned funeral home in Puebla City, approached us for the redesign of their visual identity.
Various internal and external aspects were analyzed: the brand’s perception, the identification of the employees with the business philosophy and the consistency of the communication elements. Based on our research we detected the need of a shift on how people perceived death to a more emotional concept that celebrated the life of our loved ones.
Keeping this concept in mind, we redesigned all communication materials, the brand, corporate stationery, brochures, website and obituary displays inside the facilities. The visual identity redesign and capital improvements resulted in a 200% sales growth in a period of eighteen months.
